Refund policy

We hope you love your Amei purchase — but if you change your mind, that’s okay ♡ 

You can return any full-priced item (except PJs and accessories) for a full refund (excluding shipping fees) within 14 days of receiving your parcel. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition

  • Tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • Free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, or fake tan marks

  • Returned in a small satchel (no boxes, please)

If your item doesn’t meet these conditions, we’ll be in touch. Amei reserves the right to decline any returns that aren’t in their original condition.

PJ sets and accessories aren’t eligible for refunds. If they’re not quite right, you can return them within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange or store credit. Your consumer rights still apply.

Rejected returns

If your return is not accepted (including late returns), you can pay to have it sent back to you.
If we don’t hear from you within 7 business days, the item will be donated.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method (shipping costs are non-refundable).
Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed. You’ll receive an email once it’s complete.

How to return
  1. Make sure your item meets the above conditions.

  2. Submit your return request — you’ll receive an automatic returns label.

  3. Send your parcel back within 14 days of receiving your order.

A friendly reminder to please keep your contact and shipping details up-to-date. Amei is not responsible for any parcels lost in transit.
