Delivery Partners

All orders are shipped within Australia using Sendle and Australia Post.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping

Free for orders over $150
$8 AUD for orders under $150
Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days

Express Shipping

$15 AUD flat rate
Estimated delivery: 1–4 business days

Order Processing

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Address & Delivery

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout — we can’t take responsibility for incorrect addresses or delays caused by carriers. All parcels are signed for on delivery with authority to leave. This means:

You can sign when your parcel arrives, or
If a safe place is available, the courier may leave it there (proof of delivery will be recorded).

If you’ve given authority to leave and your parcel goes missing, Amei cannot provide a refund or resend.

Pre-orders & Delays

Pre-ordered items will ship as soon as they become available. While delivery times are usually reliable, carrier or seasonal delays may occasionally occur — we appreciate your understanding.

We take care to pack your order securely and use recyclable, eco-conscious materials wherever possible.
